Brooke Bailey earned bachelor’s degrees in Elementary Education, Mathematics Education, and Gifted Education, along with a Master of Education in Educational Leadership, and now serves as a third and fourth grade math teacher at Mullens Elementary School. Recognized for her excellence in education and leadership, she was named Wyoming County Teacher of the Year for 2024–2025, received the Superintendent’s Rising Leader Award from the West Virginia Department of Education in 2025, and earned the prestigious Milken Educator Award, widely regarded as the nation’s premier honor for educators. Known for her nurturing leadership, Brooke inspires student success in the classroom while fostering strong partnerships with families to support learning beyond school, reflecting her deep commitment to her students and community.
