Graduation Checklist

Declare your intent to graduate & order your cap and gown. The deadline for declaring your intent to graduate is October 24, 2025. If you do not declare by the deadline, you may not be able to participate in the commencement ceremony.

Purchase your Cap and Gown: While you ordered your cap and gown using the intent to graduate form in step 1, please note that you will need to pay for your cap and gown at the bookstore. Undergraduate Packs cost $42 , and Graduate Packs cost $45 plus $40 for the Masters Hood. All of these prices are including tax.

Graduate students, you can order your hood online at www.concordushop.com or you can purchase it in the bookstore when you pay for your cap and gown.

Honors students, you can purchase your Honor Stole in the bookstore when you pay for your cap and gown. The Honor Stole costs $35.

If you are not on campus and would like your cap and gown mailed to you, shipping will be an extra $7.99.

If you are a Student Support Services student, please email support@concord.edu to schedule your exit interview.

Register for the Graduate’s Toast that will be on Thursday, December 11, 2025 at 6:00pm in the Student Center Ballroom.
