Graduation Checklist
There is a lot to do to get ready to graduate from college and we want to help make the process as smooth as possible for you! Use our graduation checklist as a guide to help make sure you fill out every form and visit every office necessary to get you ready to graduate.

Declare your intent to graduate & order your cap and gown: https://apps.concord.edu/forms/view.php?id=703318. The deadline for declaring your intent to graduate is March 20, 2026. If you do not declare by the deadline, you may not be able to participate in the commencement ceremony.

Purchase your Cap and Gown: While you ordered your cap and gown using the intent to graduate form in step 1, please note that you will need to pay for your cap and gown at the bookstore. Undergraduate Packs cost $42, Graduate Packs cost $45 (includes cap, gown, and tassel), Graduate Hood costs $40. All of these prices are before tax.
Graduate students, you can order your hood online at www.concordushop.com or you can purchase it in the bookstore when you pay for your cap and gown.
If you are not on campus and would like your cap and gown mailed to you, shipping will be an extra $9.99.
