Graduation Checklist
There is a lot to do to get ready to graduate from college and we want to help make the process as smooth as possible for you! Use our graduation checklist as a guide to help make sure you fill out every form and visit every office necessary to get you ready to graduate.

Declare your intent to graduate. The deadline for declaring your intent to graduate is October 9, 2026. If you do not declare by the deadline, you may not be able to participate in the commencement ceremony.

Order and Purchase your Cap and Gown

Purchasing: please note that you will need to pay for your cap and gown at the bookstore. Pricing is as follows:
Bachelor units (includes cap, gown, and tassel) are $41.00.
Master units with Hood (includes cap, gown, tassel, and hood) are $79.00. Graduate students, you can order your hood online at www.concordushop.com or you can purchase it in the bookstore when you pay for your cap and gown.
Honor stoles are $28.89. Stoles can be purchased by qualifying graduates at the bookstore. You will be notified with information regarding these stoles.
If you are not on campus and would like your cap and gown mailed to you, shipping will be an extra $9.99.
