Biography
Boothe holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification.
Boothe is currently the Director of Financial Planning and Budget at Concord University, and formerly served as Business Manager I in the Concord University Payroll Office. Before returning to Concord, he served as a graduate research assistant in the Department of Accounting at West Virginia University.
Boothe graduated as Co-Valedictorian from Concord in May 2016. He also holds an MPA degree from West Virginia University. Boothe has been a licensed WV Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since October 2017.
