Biography

Dr. Andrea Campbell is a professor of Early Childhood Special Education at Concord University. She received her Master’s Degree in Low Incidence Disabilities from East Carolina University while teaching preschool special needs, and later became an early intervention provider in Kentucky. After moving back home to WV, she joined faculty at Concord and completed her Doctorate of Education from Northcentral University in Exceptional Learners. Dr. Campbell is passionate about preparing future early childhood educators and early interventionist to provide the highest quality of services to children and families. While not on campus, Andrea enjoys working on projects related to enhancing early childhood education, dabbling in crafts, spending time with her four children and husband, and cheering on the VT Hokies.
