Biography

Matthew Hilliard graduated from Williamsport Hospital in Pennsylvania as a Paramedic in 1993, and shortly after moved to Beckley, WV. He began teaching as a lead Paramedic instructor in 1998. In 2005, Matthew graduated with a Masters in Physician Assistant, and has gained most of his experience as a cardiology PA.

Hilliard is a volunteer coach and trainer for Beckley Boys Soccer. He is married with 2 adult daughters, and his hobbies include action photography, fishing, and camping.

Matthew’s teaching experience is in Pre-hospital medicine, Cardiology, and he has precepted PA students for most of his career.
