Lawrence, Tarece

I was born and raised in Clarendon, Jamaica, beginning my higher education journey in 2018. As a first-generation student, I earned an Associate of Science from Ranger College in 2019 and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration at the University of Maine at Fort Kent (UMFK) in 2022. I recently completed my Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management at Concord University.

I was a student athlete throughout my undergraduate career, and served as the assistant women’s soccer coach at UMFK following graduation. In 2024, I joined Concord University as the GRIP graduate assistant while volunteering as an assistant coach with the men’s soccer team. In 2025, I became the graduate assistant for the Office of Housing and Residence Life.

As I transition into the role of Resident Director, I hope to continue fostering a safe, welcoming, and inclusive residential community at Concord.
