Pugh, Elissa

Elissa Pugh is an Educational Outreach Counselor for the Upward Bound program and an adjunct English instructor. She brings over twenty years of experience in K-12 and higher education. She has dedicated her career to fostering a love of learning and improving educational outcomes for students at various levels. With Montessori education and TESOL certifications, she is committed to creating inclusive and innovative learning environments that empower students. Elissa enjoys reading, watching movies, and spending quality time with her family.
