Mr. David Barnette
Biography
David is a 1973 graduate of Concord College. He received a Master of Arts degree in 1975 from Marshall University and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1979 where he served as an editor of the Law Review. A member of the West Virginia Bar, he is Of Counsel at Jackson Kelly PLLC. For over thirty years he has represented The West Virginia Broadcasters Association as its General Counsel. He is a past member and Chair of the Concord University Foundation. He is currently the Chairman of GoMart, Inc. and serves as a director and officer of The West Virginia Broadcasters Educational Foundation and, WSAZ Children’s Charity.
