Kim is a native West Virginian who graduated from Concord University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Radford University.
She currently is the COO of Marsh McLennan Agency where she creates growth and value for her organization, their colleagues, and clients by providing executive leadership, financial planning & oversight, and organizational growth & development.
Her areas of responsibility include mergers & acquisitions, innovation, business strategy, strategic planning, operational design & efficiency, technology, legal & compliance, marketing communications & digital design, real estate portfolio management, people strategy & organizational development.
She and her husband James currently reside Virginia.
