Enrollment Verification Letters

Any student may obtain a “generic” enrollment verification letter from the Registrar’s Office upon request. However, their account must be marked “paid” for the semester in order for the verification form to be completed. Many insurance/loan corporations require that specific forms be completed by the Registrar’s Office. If this is the situation, students must complete all relevant portions of the form including name, address, anticipated graduation date, signature and date prior to submitting the form to the Registrar’s Office for processing.

  • Unofficial academic transcripts may be obtained by accessing your Ellie/MyCU student account.  Individuals who do not have access through this format (prior students, alumni, etc.) may complete and mail or fax the above transcript request form to the Registrar’s Office.  Please mark the form as “Unofficial” at the top prior to submission.
