Biography
Michael joined Concord University in 2016 as an Adjunct Professor and has taught courses in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, and Management Information Systems. He spent 25 years as a Bridge Engineer and Program Manager with the West Virginia Division of Highways before joining the Federal Aviation Administration as a Community Planner in 2020.
