Fitness Center

The CU Fitness Center, Located in North Towers, has a variety of exercise equipment to meet the needs of our Students, Faculty, and Community Members. The facility is open when school is in session, throughout the academic year. Community Members that use the facility need to park in areas that are painted white across campus.   • There will be no admittance to the fitness center without proper Student ID’s Faculty ID’s or Community ID’s.
  • Community Members must sign up for a community membership at the front desk.
  • Appropriate athletic weightlifting attire is required.
  • Outside shoes are not allowed in the fitness center, please take advantage of the shoe changing and storage station.
  • Matrix Equipment, and other machines must be used appropriately, FC attendants will be more than happy to help you use a machine.
  • Children under the ages 12-16 must be accompanied by an Adult. No children under 12. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Chewing gum and food is not allowed into the Fitness Center, Water and Sports drinks are allowed.
  • There will be no Olympic weightlifting or dropping of the weights on the floor.
  • Spotters are required for benching and squatting.
  • Possession or consumption of drugs or alcoholic beverages are not allowed, including public intoxication.
