Jerry & Jean Beasley Student Center

The Jerry & Jean Beasley Student Center is the hub of Student Life at Concord University.  The Student Center houses the Academic Success Center, Bookstore, Cafeteria, Counseling Center, Gameroom, Food Court, and Post Office. The following offices are also  located in the Student Center: Autism Spectrum Disorder, Disability Services, Housing, Intramurals,  Multicultural Affairs, McNair Program, Student Affairs, Student Center, Student Support Services, and Resident Directors. 

The Student Center is open Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.  Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. there is a Student Center Manager on duty should you need assistance.  You will be able to contact the Student Manager after 4:00 p.m. at the Welcome Center.  

Sound Confusing?  Never fear the Welcome Center staff will be happy to assist you with any information regarding the campus and point you in the right direction. You can also pick up a cup of free coffee while you are here!

Student Center Office

The Student Center Office is where you have your Student ID photo taken and receive a temporary ID card.  Should you have any issues with your BankMobile ID card, stop by the office and we will be happy to assist you.  

The University switchboard and "Lost & Found" is located in the Student Center Office.  If you find an item, please drop it off to us and we will keep it safe until the owner comes to claim it.  

This office also manages the reservation of all rooms in the Student Center for Greek Life, Student Organizations, and campus activites.  Should you need to reserve a room, you may do so here

If you have any questions about Student Activities, Student Organizations, or Greek Life, please come by to ask questions!  

If you need to send out a mass email to students, faculty-staff, or both.  You may send your request to or talk to the office assistant.  

Office of Student Activities, Student Center Special Events, & Greek Affairs Coordinator

The Office of Student Activities in conjunction with the Student Activities Committee (SAC) plan all campus student activities.  Beginning with Welcome Week and ending with Final Exams.  If you have questions about events or would like to get involved, please come by to speak with Mr. Andrew Sulgit.
