This summer, we are expanding Esport youth minds to the possibilities within Esports. We are expecting to give the kids a fun and educational experience. During our summer camp, we will be teaching the Esport youth important skills such as:

  • Communication
  • Teamwork
  • Healthy habits (such as eating and sleeping)
  • Being a strong leader

We hope that they will adopt these skills/healthy habits and apply them to their everyday lives.

The kids will all get two hours of playtime on a specific game each day along with a half hour of aim training. The games we will be doing this year are Overwatch, Fortnite, and Rocket League. There is an option to play some more games if they would like such as Among Us and Super Smash Bros. Along with the games, we will be incorporating lessons and speakers to further educate the kids, as well as outdoor time.

On the last day of camp, we will be hosting a tournament, during which we will split the kids into teams and allow them to create custom team names and logos. Depending on the number of attendees, there will be 4-6 teams competing in Overwatch 2.
